Wisdom & Wellbeing
Develop Your Holistic Philosophy
The second area that I provide support with is for the wisdom seekers – people who are on a committed path of personal or spiritual growth, who want to understand life on a deeper level, and to experience spiritual awakening, enlightenment, or self-realization. This is the pathway for integrating wisdom and wellbeing. It is for empaths, caregivers, health professionals, and spiritual seekers.
There are many reasons why this path is important. The primary one being that most people who are healers are also on a fast-track to self-realization, and they want to get the answers that they are looking for about life. The second being that you can only help other people to the extent that you know something yourself, so it’s important to move beyond limited beliefs or practices.
For example, people who are already in the holistic, spiritual, and wellbeing circles will probably come across lots of well-meaning advice and ideas. But some of these are simply unhelpful for genuine seekers, and can keep you stuck for years, if not a lifetime. So, this pathway helps you to develop your own holistic philosophy and understanding of life and health. It will help you to understand the primacy of consciousness, and how this relates to mind, body, wellness, therapies, identity, and healing.
Care providers have their own set of life experiences to work through. They may encounter situations which most people do not – like constant exposure to human suffering, loss, trauma, pain, illness, and death. This can mean that you are more likely to give serious consideration to deeper questions about the nature of existence, spirituality, and human behaviour. To find some resolution which makes sense of these things.
The relationship between wisdom and wellbeing is a topic which I have studied intensely for many decades. I also have Masters and Honours degrees in Philosophy, Spirituality, and Health. So, if this is an area you are genuinely interested in, then I can help you with contemplating the deeper nature of life, and working through any questions or challenges you may encounter on your way.
Philosophy Coach
Philosophy Coach is my hub for wisdom seekers who are on a path of self-realization. It will help you to understand the nature of consciousness on a deeper level, and to integrate these insights into your life and work. The focus here is on developing a deeper understanding of the fundamental nature of holism, and the relationship between consciousness, spirituality, wellbeing, and self-realization.

These are the 7 elements on which this pathway is based:
- Conscious awareness: mind, thoughts, experience, self-realization,
- Integrated spirituality: religion, beliefs, experiences, life and death
- Personal identity: nature of self, ego, personality, and the soul
- Wellbeing synergy: theories, psychology, healing, practices
- Ethical practices: problem of evil, moral behaviour, good & bad life choices
- Cultural reflections: collective norms, expectations, and judgements
- Embodied wisdom: knowledge, beliefs, wisdom, and science
Support Services for Wisdom and Wellbeing
My Philosophy Hub supports the personal and spiritual development of people who are working in the healing professions. By helping them to explore the mind-body connection on a deeper level, applying these insights into their own life and professional practice, and embarking on a path of self-realization.
This pathway explores the relationship between wisdom and wellbeing, and focuses primarily on these topics:
- Wellbeing – how health is impacted by every aspect of life – including relationships, beliefs, personal experiences, life skills, and emotional resilience.
- Consciousness – how our interpretation of consciousness impacts our approach to mind-body therapies, healing, life, death, identity, and wellness.
- Philosophy – how our wellbeing is influenced by other people, situations, beliefs, cultural expectations, and the wider world in which we live.
- Spirituality – how spirituality or religious beliefs can impact our wellbeing, and how the primacy of consciousness influences our approach to health.
- Healing – how therapeutic interventions work, how they can impact the body’s natural healing abilities, and how they are influenced by other factors like cultural norms, expectations, and belief systems.
The constant drive which underlies wisdom seeking arises because there is still confusion which exists around the topics and questions which really matter to you. It’s no surprise this occurs because there are so many people all saying different and opposing things in a way which sounds completely believable. So you don’t necessarily realise that many of these ideas simply cannot co-exist together harmoniously.
The way to solve this dilemma is by exploring these issues from a methodical perspective, and an angle which you have not used before, and processing your thoughts and ideas until you finally get the resolution which feels right for you. This is where developing your philosophy can prove invaluable.
So, this pathway aims to help genuine seekers to find the clarity and answers they are seeking on their own personal journey of self-realization. To clarify their own philosophy of health, integrate it into their own life, and then share these insights with the people that they serve through their wellbeing practice.
As with my other pathways, I am committed to providing ethical services, and so you can access either low-cost messaging or an individual consultation to help you with your own evolution.
