The first area that I help with is helping empaths, caregivers and healers to maintain, recover, and protect their own health and wellbeing with the use of holistic therapies.

Health and care providers are prone to experiencing stress-related conditions as a result of their work. For solopreneurs who have so many moving parts to running their practice, you may well find yourself juggling multiple different roles, and still having to cope with all the stressors which come with your therapeutic role.

Or, if you work in a large organisation or a health-related company, you may have initially presumed that staff health is also given high priority, only to find yourself working long and intense hours, and left feeling disappointed, let down, or burnt out. It can be difficult to constantly deal with constant exposure to human suffering, especially over a prolonged period of time.

In addition, many people who provide wellbeing support services are also highly sensitive and empathic to the needs and emotional energies of others. This can be a major contributing factor when it comes to maintaining your own health and wellbeing, and it is usually an area which falls outside of the scope of mainstream medicine.
