I have set up Holistic Tools for wellbeing service providers who are experiencing chronic stress, fatigue, burnout or illness.

People who work in caregiving, support roles, or the healing professions have a tendency to be prone to a set of conditions. These include chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, burnout, heightened sensitivity, and stress-related symptoms like anxiety, insomnia, inflammation, and immune disorders.

Since these conditions are multi-faceted in nature, the solution to moving beyond them is to take a genuinely holistic approach. One which incorporates mental, emotional, physical, social, energetic, and spiritual components of wellbeing.

These are the main therapies that I provide for caregivers, empaths, and wellbeing service providers:

Health Coaching

Coaching is the process of developing insights into the underlying beliefs, thoughts, habits, and ideas which impact your health. This can take the form of mindfulness, self-reflection, and somatic enquiry. It is an activity which focuses on deep introspection – followed by an active momentum towards a better future. In contrast to many other mind-based therapies, the primary focus here in on present-to-future change.

Holistic Therapies

Mind-body therapies are based upon a unified holistic approach to wellbeing: Both from the perspective of there being no separation between mind, body, and emotions. Plus there being no strict boundary between yourself and the environment in which you live, as far as the impact on your health is concerned. So, holistic therapies combine a synergy of different practices which are tailored to support your individual wellbeing.

Specialist Guidance

As an accredited specialist in chronic exhaustive conditions, I have been supporting people with chronic stress, pain, and fatigue for well over a decade. I now specialise in helping empathic, energetically sensitive people to change the specific set of underlying issues which contribute to these conditions, using a combination of mind-body therapies.

Integrating Therapies

It’s important to make changes which last. So, in order to get the best long-term results for your wellbeing, I also offer an affordable programme where you can learn how to integrate simple therapies and practices into your daily life under my supervision. Because this is the most effective way to make permanent life changes, and to learn the skills you need to navigate your own wellbeing in the future.
