Holistic Hubs
Welcome to the 3 x Pathways of Support
I have 3 areas that I help people with, and each one reflects a subject that I have experience and qualifications in. I keep them separate so that you can focus purely on the topic which is relevant for you.
Each holistic hub is based around a common theme and has it’s own growing collection of resources to help you with the specific pathway.
Since I am currently in the process of creating the resources for each pathway, the pricing for each set of services is currently discounted to reflect this evolution. This means that you get access to all new content in your products as I am adding over the coming months, for no extra cost.
Each pathway is based on 7 x elements which are the foundation on which each hub is built. These are outlined below, together with a little more information about each pathway of support…
Mind-Body Therapies for Health & Care Providers
Holistic Tools is my hub for health and care providers who want to integrate therapies into their life, It is for reducing stress-related conditions including fatigue, pain, burnout, and associated symptoms. It will help you to improve your own health and vitality. The focus here is on restoring, protecting, and improving your own health, so that you can help others more effectively.

These are the 7 elements on which this pathway is based:
- Energy healing: meridians, Reiki, chakras, reflexology
- Mindful awareness: meditation practices, self-insights, mindfulness
- Personal growth: transformation, coaching, therapies for mind
- Holistic wellbeing: healthy habits, balanced living, lifestyle
- Emotional health: coping skills, releasing stress, somatic presence
- Pain management: massage, acupressure, fibromyalgia, chronic pain
- Exhaustive conditions: stress-illness connection, burnout, illness
Specialist Support for Stress, Fatigue, and Illness
I have set up the Holistic Tools hub for wellbeing service providers who are experiencing stress-related health conditions. Including anxiety, chronic fatigue, sensitivity, burnout, and overwhelm. Plus symptoms including pain, inflammation, digestive and immune disorders.
This group of conditions stops many health and care practitioners in their tracks, especially anyone who is highly empathic. For some people, they might continue to push through for a while, see-sawing with their health, and trying to avoid the point where they realise it isn’t working, and something needs to change. For others, they may be currently experiencing overwhelming fatigue, exhaustion, or a range of ailments which stop them from functioning normally in life. This can be terrifying because it begins to impact your ability to work, to socialise, and to feel secure in your future health.
As an experienced health coach, holistic therapist, and qualified healthcare practitioner, I have plenty of expertise in helping you to integrate a number of therapeutic practices in to your life. I am also an accredited specialist in chronic exhaustive conditions, and have been helping people to move beyond these issues for many years now. I now choose to work primarily with people who provide health or care services for others, because this group of people are at higher risk of developing these conditions due to the nature of their work, and their constant exposure to high levels of mental,, emotional, and physical stress.
Whilst there are many resources available for learning how to reduce stress and burnout, my approach is slightly different because I focus on integrating a range of mind-body therapies into your life in order to support your recovery, and get better long-term wellbeing results, because you are taking more control over your own health. The therapies which I can support you with include specialist coaching, mindfulness practices, energy healing, and simple bodywork techniques.
I currently provide specialist coaching and therapies for caregivers, empaths, and healing practitioners who are experiencing stress-related health conditions. The way that I work is that I have a range of programmes, each one focused on a specific aspect of the stress-illness connection, and the therapies which are most helpful with that particular issue.
This approach tends to be more effective because it is based on self-empowerment, and taking more control over your own health and wellbeing. In these sessions, we will explore (and change) the underlying patterns which have contributed to your decline in vitality, help you to integrate practices for stress reduction and increased resilience, and teach you to use simple therapies at home for symptom management.

Integrating Mind-Body Wisdom and Optimum Wellbeing
Philosophy Coach is my hub for wisdom seekers who are on a path of self-realization. It will help you to understand the nature of consciousness on a deeper level, and to integrate these insights into your life and work. The focus here is on developing a deeper understanding of the fundamental nature of holism, and the relationship between consciousness and wellbeing.

These are the 7 elements on which this pathway is based:
- Conscious awareness: mind, thoughts, beliefs, experience
- Ethical reflections: morality, ethics, values, good and evil
- Spiritual evolution: awakening, practices, religion, life and death
- Integrated wellbeing: theories, psychology, healing, practices
- Self identity: mind, body, personality, ego, soul
- Holistic philosophy: knowledge, science, holism, health
- Metaphysical insights: ontology, existence, nature of reality
Enlightened Health for Self-Realization
Holistic and wellbeing practitioners are usually already on a committed path of personal or spiritual growth themselves, by the very nature of the work that they do.
My enlightened health services aim to support the personal and spiritual development of people who are working in the healing professions. By helping them to explore the mind-body connection on a deeper level, applying these insights into their own life and professional practice, and embarking on a path of self-realization.
The Philosophy Coach hub explores the relationship between wisdom and wellbeing, and focuses primarily on these topics:
- Wellbeing – how health is impacted by every aspect of life – including relationships, beliefs, personal experiences, life skills, and emotional resilience.
- Consciousness – how our interpretation of consciousness impacts our approach to mind-body therapies, healing, life, death, identity, and wellness.
- Philosophy – how our wellbeing is influenced by other people, situations, beliefs, cultural expectations, and the wider world in which we live.
- Spirituality – how spirituality or religious beliefs can impact our wellbeing, and how the primacy of consciousness influences our approach to health.
- Healing – how therapeutic interventions work, how they can impact the body’s natural healing abilities, and how they are influenced by other factors like cultural norms, expectations, and belief systems.
The constant drive which underlies wisdom seeking arises because there is still confusion which exists around the topics and questions which really matter to you. It’s no surprise this occurs because there are so many people all saying different and opposing things in a way which sounds completely believable. So you don’t necessarily realise that many of these ideas simply cannot co-exist together harmoniously.
The way to solve this dilemma is by exploring these issues from a methodical perspective, and an angle which you have not used before, and processing your thoughts and ideas until you finally get the resolution which feels right for you. This is where philosophy coaching can prove invaluable.
So, this pathway aims to help holistic, spiritual, and wellbeing practitioners to find the clarity and answers they are seeking on their own personal journey of self-realization. To clarify their own therapeutic philosophy, integrate it into their own life, and then share these insights with the people that they serve through their wellbeing practice.

Professional Support for Coaches, Therapists, and Healers

Here are the 7 elements on which this pathway is based:
- Authentic life purpose: values, niche, meaningful work
- Empowered mindset: focus, confidence, productivity, abundance
- Practice management: services, client care, systems, solopreneur tasks
- Healers wellbeing: boundaries, empaths, work-life balance, self-care

Mentorship and Resources for Growing Your Healing Practice
In the Therapist Academy hub, I provide heart-centred mentorship programmes for holistic health practitioners; coaches, therapists, and healers who want to elevate their wellbeing practice. The people that I can best help are those who are either looking to change career, start a new practice, or develop their existing business so that they can make a decent living from this type of work.
In contrast to the marketing experts out there who charge extortionatiate prices for their services, I am coming from a different viewpoint. This is because I have a genuine motivation and desire to help more people access high quality holistic health services. So, my services are designed to provide affordable, accessible, longer-term support. Which is what you need to successfully set up and grow your holistic, spiritual, or therapy practice.
There are a number of reasons which come up frequently when it comes to holistic practitioners not having enough clients. The number one reason is that they do not have a specialist niche or services. Most practitioners focus on their modalities, how they work, and listing their training credentials. But the unfortunate truth is that your potential clients don’t really care so much about these things. When you focus on modalities, you become interchangeable with many other practitioners who offer the same things, and this will lose you clients.
Another common problem that people struggle with is being held back by limiting beliefs, thoughts, or habits. Things like procrastination, a lack of confidence, or a fear of making big changes in your life may stop you in your tracks. There is nothing quite like deciding to become a solopreneur to magnify any small mindset issues that may have been lurking in the deeper recesses of your mind.
Yet another issue that people often encounter is simply not knowing enough about setting up or running a self-employed practice. It can often feel too overwhelming to get your wellbeing practice off the ground in a way which is sustainable.
This is where the Therapist Academy can help. One of the first steps on this path that I can support you with is to find a business model and systems which work well for you, as there is no one-size fits all. Then we can put a number of simple systems in place, organise your services into a coherent and helpful structure, and get you in front of the people who need your expertise. All whilst using a heart-centred approach where you are serving people, and genuinely helping them to improve their lives.
