Holistic Health Support for Stress, Fatigue, and Illness

The first area that I provide support with is helping coaches, therapists, and healing practitioners to prevent illness, and to recover from stress-related conditions, using a holistic health approach.

Many people on the Healers Journey begin because they are experiencing health issues themselves. Stress and illness are often the catalysts for exploring wellbeing on a deeper level.

Health and care providers are prone to experiencing stress-related conditions as a result of their work – particularly anxiety, chronic fatigue, or burnout. Sometimes these conditions may occur as a direct result of long-term exposure to high levels of stress. Or they may arise because of a pre-disposition in empathic people to energy depletion, or possibly because of sub-conscious behaviour patterns.

This group of conditions stops many empathic people in their tracks. For some people, they might continue to push through for a while, see-sawing with their health, and trying to avoid the point where they realise it isn’t working, and something needs to change. For others, they may be currently experiencing overwhelming fatigue, exhaustion, or a range of ailments which stop them from functioning normally in life.

This can be anxiety-provoking because it begins to impact your ability to work, to socialise, and to feel secure about your future ability to continue working in the caring professions. No matter the underlying cause, it’s important to address any underlying factors, to develop more resilience, and learn health-supporting practices which protect your own long-term wellbeing.

Holistic Tools

Holistic Tools is my hub for healers who want to improve their wellbeing, and to integrate therapies into their own life. The focus is on reducing stress-related conditions including fatigue, anxiety, pain, burnout, and associated symptoms. Plus restoring, protecting, and improving your own vitality, so that you can help others more effectively.

As a qualified nurse, experienced coach, holistic therapist, and a specialist in exhaustive conditions, I have been helping people to improve their wellbeing for over 35 years. Now I work exclusively with wellbeing service providers, healers, caregivers, and empaths, helping you to protect your own health, whilst helping others with your valuable services.

I am also an accredited specialist in chronic exhaustive conditions, and have been helping people to move beyond these health issues for well over a decade. I also have personal experience of recovery from chronic pain and fatigue – which means that I can help you navigate the pathway of self-healing more effectively than practitioners who do not have these lived experiences.

I now choose to work primarily with heart-centred people who provide health or care services for others, because this group of people are at higher risk of developing these conditions. This is partly due to the nature of their work, and their constant exposure to high levels of mental, emotional, and physical stress. It is also because of certain beliefs, traits, and habits which can pre-dispose you to these conditions.

Whilst there are many resources available for learning how to reduce stress and burnout, my approach is slightly different because I focus on integrating a range of mind-body therapies into your life in order to support your recovery. I find that this gets better long-term results, because you are taking more control over your own health.

The therapies which I can support you with include specialist coaching, mindfulness practices, energy healing, and simple bodywork techniques.
